Today was a BUSY day!
I did errands and grocery shopping early in the morning. Then I spent the better part of the day in the kitchen- cooking. I made homemade dog food (ground beef, peppers, spinach, broccoli and a few blueberries) and liver dog treats. That went into our brand new freezer!
I cut up a huge amount of vegetables for the week: celery, broccoli, cauliflower, Brussel Sprouts, peppers. I roasted potatoes and cauliflower and made two loaves of meatloaf- which I put into containers for the freezer for a few dinners over the week.
I made colcannon for St. Patrick's Day!
