I tried a new recipe on the weekend. Sweet Potato and Ginger Soup. It was really good.

There is nothing more comforting than a warm bowl of hearty soup to get you through the cold winter. My daughter's favorite is Squash, Bacon and Cheddar Soup, and she always asks for seconds every time I cook it for her. I personally like French Onion Soup, because to me, it feels like warm hugs. I have been looking for some other soup ideas online and found yours, but I did not find a recipe. It gave me inspiration though on what soup to cook next. It might be similar to yours, but I will be roasting the sweet potatoes first to give it more flavor. Leave a Reply. |
